At Something Greek, we want you to love your custom fraternity and sorority apparel, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-embroidered or personalized gear is final sale unless a manufacturer defect is present.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached and are not custom-made or personalized.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items including the RMA slip and ship them back to our Long Island warehouse using a trackable carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
